This past Saturday, we had the pleasure of bringing back one of our favorite offerings — private chef dinners — and it was nothing short of magic.

Hosted in a beautiful home setting, the evening began with an artfully arranged charcuterie board, featuring a curated selection of artisan cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, and house-made accompaniments. It set the perfect tone for a night of elevated hospitality and unforgettable flavors.

Next came a refreshing spring mix salad, topped with goat cheese, candied walnuts, berries, and a light vinaigrette. Served on elegant china, it was as much a visual delight as it was delicious.

The star of the evening was the entrée: a sous vide filet mignon topped with scallop Oscar, plated over a silky cauliflower purée and paired with heirloom green beans sautéed with bacon and shallots. Every bite reflected the care and craft that defines our culinary style — precise temperatures, rich sauces, and stunning presentation.

To finish the evening, we served an indulgent blueberry cheesecake, topped with toasted coconut and pepitas. It was a showstopper dessert that had guests asking for seconds and snapping photos.
