With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Eric has held nearly every role in food and beverage service, from the back of house to the front. His journey began with a degree in Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage Management, but his love for food started long before that.
Eric is known for crafting menus that balance classic elegance with modern creativity, highlighting bold flavors and seasonal ingredients. Whether it’s an intimate private chef dinner, a wedding reception, or a large-scale corporate event, his attention to detail ensures every guest leaves with a lasting impression.
When Eric isn’t in the kitchen, he’s often brainstorming new ways to elevate Culinary Creations’ services, building relationships in the Kansas City community, and leading his team with vision and dedication.

With a background in leadership and event coordination, Greg brings structure, organization, and a people-first approach to the business.
